Joe Fulks has been with the Concrete Industry Management Program since 2003. Mr. Fulks’ concrete expertise came from almost 20 years in the concrete industry. He has served as President of Metro Ready Mix Concrete in Nashville, Tennessee, Corporate Vice President of Harper Industries Concrete Division, and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Harper Construction, Inc.

Mr. Fulks’ teaching experience began in 1972 when he began a 10-year stint as a high school chemistry, biology and physics teacher and served as a basketball and tennis coach.
